Our Story
We are an organization founded by physical therapists who have the goal of helping everyone get the medical equipment they need to be safe in their homes. To make this goal possible for everyone, our services are cost-free. We will pick up equipment you are no longer using and store it until someone else needs it, and then we will deliver it to them--at no cost. We are committed to always offering no-cost services, so if you would like to help us achieve our vision and are able to donate, see the links below.
Our Programs
Equipment Pickup
People often get equipment they need for only a short time. Many times, a loved one passes and leaves behind various equipment that the family no longer needs. Whatever the reason, unused equipment clutters your home, can be a trip hazard, and does not provide any benefit. People are unsure what to do with this equipment and removal takes time and effort. Use It Again Inc will pick this equipment up from your home for free. You get peace-of-mind knowing your old equipment is now going to benefit someone in need, and donated equipment can even be used as a tax deduction.
Equipment Delivery
There are a variety of reasons that people may not be able to get the equipment that they need to stay safe in their homes including lack of insurance, insurance not paying in full, some equipment not being covered by insurance, delays in having equipment delivered, inability to leave home to pick up equipment, etc. Use It Again Inc seeks to eliminate these barriers for our clients by providing a no-cost solution and by delivering equipment to people's homes. When more traditional methods of obtaining equipment have failed for whatever reason, Use It Again Inc. seeks to be a solution for those in need in the Southern Indiana community.
Pickup/Drop Off Location
We will make every effort to meet you at our location to accept your donation or provide what equipment you need.

If we are unable to meet you, however, we have a covered pickup/drop off location by the East entrance of the church basement, located at the red arrow on the image above (to the left if not on mobile).

If you are picking up equipment, please take a blank liability waiver, complete it, and leave in the completed waiver box (also at this location).
How to Donate
Use It Again Inc is a non profit organization that relies on donations from people like you. If you agree with our vision and are able to support our cause, we would greatly appreciate whatever assistance you can provide. Donations are tax-deductible and you will know that you are helping people in your local community stay safe in their homes. Use QR codes for donations are below.
Alternatively, you are welcome to mail a check to 918 Mt. Tabor Rd. New Albany IN 47150. Make check payable to Use It Again Inc, and please include email for donation receipt.
